German trans-identified male police officer accused of drugging, sexually abusing colleagues

A trans-identifying male police officer is under investigation following allegations of drugging and sexually assaulting two male colleagues after a night out at a Berlin nightclub.

The officer, identified as 27-year-old Judy S., a biological male who identifies as a woman, has been suspended in light of the accusations. According to the German outlet Bild, Judy S. allegedly invited the two men to an apartment for drugs and sex. The men claim they sustained serious injuries, including genital injuries, as a result of being assaulted with a penis pump and “other things.” They stated they did not take cocaine willingly but became “very intoxicated” and “unable to act” while in the apartment.

Judy S., whose full name has not been disclosed due to German privacy laws, previously gained attention for running to become the top official in the Berlin police force and was the first transgender person to run for the position. Judy S. was also seeking the role of Berlin Police deputy women’s representative when the claims were revealed.

The allegations emerged after two individuals reported the incident to law enforcement, prompting a police raid on Judy S.’s apartment on November 11. Authorities discovered cocaine during the search, which they described as “successful,” according to The Daily Mail.

The encounter reportedly began at Berlin’s KitKatClub, a nightclub known for hosting sexually explicit parties. Judy S. allegedly met the two men there earlier in the month before inviting them to the apartment. Berlin police have not released further details about the case, citing data protection policies.
