Early Access to Epstein Files for Select Conservatives
Several independent media figures and conservative voices were among the first granted access to Epstein Files Phase 1, including Chaya Raichik (Libs of TikTok), Collin Rugg, Rogan O’Handley (DC Draino), Mike Cernovich, Alex Lorusso (ALX), Scott Pressler, Jack Posobiec, Liz Wheeler, and others. The files were delivered from the White House, marking what some are calling an unprecedented move toward government transparency.
A video circulating on social media showed a group of journalists leaving the White House holding copies of the Epstein Files, signaling the first step in publicizing the long-concealed records.
Bondi Exposes FBI’s Concealment of Epstein Documents
Attorney General Pam Bondi confirmed today, per DC Draino, that the FBI had been withholding thousands of Epstein-related documents, despite prior requests for full disclosure.
A letter from Bondi to FBI Director Kash Patel—made public today—revealed that she had previously been given only 200 pages of documents, primarily flight logs, a contact list, and victim information. However, it was discovered that the FBI’s New York Field Office held thousands of additional pages that were never disclosed.
In her letter, published by Benny Johnson, Bondi demanded that the full set of Epstein files, including all records, documents, audio and video recordings, and client information, be delivered to the DOJ by 8:00 a.m. on February 28.

She further instructed FBI Director Kash Patel to launch an immediate investigation into why the documents were withheld and deliver a report within 14 days outlining personnel actions against those responsible.
Trump Administration Pushes for Full Transparency
Following a meeting in the Oval Office with President Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and FBI Director Kash Patel, DC Draino shared a statement on X:
“This is the most transparent administration in American history. The best part? This is just the start. AG Bondi confirmed there are thousands more Epstein File documents being secretly held in the SDNY, and they will be delivered to the DOJ in DC by February 28. People will be going to jail for what they’ve done.”
