This afternoon ZS, GTLB, HQY & PD will be releasing earnings reports. Tomorrow morning, DLTR, DKS & CIEN are scheduled to report. Shares of Boeing are under pressure this morning due to a downgrade from a major broker. Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris on Monday opposed the sale of US Steel to Japan’s Nippon Steel. China launches probe into Candian imports and Beijing has also threatened Japan with severe economic retaliation if Japan further restricts sales and servicing of chipmaking equipment to Chinese firms. In Europe, the major three indexes are lower. Oil weakness continues with crude oil trading lower this morning by more than -1.5%.
