S&P Futures are flat to lower this morning as the markets prepares for a host of retail earnings this week and the Jackson Hole conference. Fed Chairman Powell is scheduled to speak at 10:00 am on Friday. Powell is expected to provide clarity on the September rate cut along with a pivot on the Fed focus from Inflation to Employment. In Europe, market markets are mixed after a slow start. Gains in Autos and Banks. Oil prices continue to weaken, as economic data out of China continues to point to a fall in forward demand.
