S&P Futures are trading higher this morning as tech shares are displaying gains in the last trading session of the year. Bond markets close at 2:00 pm, but it is a regular session for equities. Chinese retailing stocks are higher as China’s president says the country has hit its 5% growth target for 2024. Shares of TSLA are on watch as it is expected to release 4Q production figures later this week. The recent plane crash in South Korean is highlighting a debate on the designs of airports. In Congress, a house speaker vote is scheduled for Friday, Johnson is expected to remain speaker. European markets are trading higher. Oil prices are higher in the pre-market due to the PMI data out of China.
