Lesbian social worker gets £63,000 after lawsuit over being disciplined for misgendering ‘gender fluid’ dog
An incident involving a “gender-fluid” dog has cost taxpayers £63,000 after a social worker and another colleague referred to the pet as a male. The assertion left the dog’s owner outraged, prompting him to file a formal complaint accusing the pair of “transphobia,” which resulted in disciplinary action.
Elizabeth Pitt, a 62-year-old lesbian social worker, was subjected to harassment by her colleagues at Cambridgeshire County Council after she was accused of making “non-inclusive and transphobic” remarks about the dachshund owned by her colleague, Gleicon Analha, as reported by The Telegraph.
The incident occurred when Analha chaired a Zoom call of the authority’s LGBTQ employee group last year. During the call, Analha dressed his dachshund in a dress to spark a “debate about gender.” He claimed to the group that his dog was “gender-fluid.”
Pitt immediately denied that Analha’s dog was gender-fluid saying, “Your dog is male!” Another lesbian coworker agreed with Pitt and doubled down that the pooch is not, in fact, gender-fluid.
The pair reportedly proceeded to express gender-critical views, such as their criticism of trans-identified biological men competing in women’s sports and using female-only spaces.
The comments resulted in Pitt receiving disciplinary action from managers.
However, the authority was forced to pay £63,000 in costs and compensation after it eventually acknowledged being liable for blatant discrimination based on her beliefs after Pitt filed a tribunal complaint.
Analha claimed in the complaint to the authority, according to documents reviewed by the Daily Mail, that the two women made several “transphobic comments” about his dog Pablo Vittar which “caused an emotional impact on the peer group.”
The assertion that Pablo Vittar was a male, he said, left the group “silent and shocked,” adding that it felt like a personal attack on his “choices and lived experiences.”
“I found a way to bring awareness regarding gender and sexuality through my dog via Instagram and informal conversation on the streets,” Analha said. “I identify my dog as gender fluid, and I actually enjoy speaking with people about human gender expression and how we – as a society – imprinted this in animals and culturally we repeat the gender expressions and stereotypes to the young generation.”
“When the other employee stated, ‘Your dog is male!’ with a provocative and angry tone,” he continued, “The group was silent and shocked. She ignored our previous conversation and I felt this was the first attack on my personal choices and lived experience.”
The incident, he said, left people “shaking, feeling threatened and horrified with the disrespectful comments.”
Management implemented a formal disciplinary action against Pitt.
In formal complaints filed against her, her comments were characterized as “offensive” and “nasty opinions,” while another individual described her tone as “really aggressive.”
Pitt was ordered to refrain from making “comments or taking actions in the workplace that might discriminate against others on grounds of a protected characteristic.” She was also banned from contacting members of the LGBTQ group.
However, Pitt raised a complaint arguing that she was subjected “to harassment/direct discrimination” from the council based on her personal beliefs. An employment judge ruled in her favor and ordered the county council to pay her £30,000 in loss of earnings and £22,000 compensation for injury to feelings. The county council was also ordered to pay her £8,000 in legal fees.

‘I am a rapist like everyone else in this room’: French man who drugged wife, allowed dozens of men to rape her gives first trial testimony
Dominique Pélicot, the French man on trial for drugging his wife and allowing dozens of men to rape her while she was unconscious, admitted in court that he is a rapist along with the other defendants involved in the case.
“I am a rapist, like everyone else in this room. They cannot say otherwise,” Pélicot declared during his first testimony in court. The statement directly contradicted the testimony of many of the 50 men accused, who previously claimed they were unaware that the wife had been drugged and had not consented to the sexual acts.
Investigators revealed that Pélicot regularly drugged his wife, Gisèle Pélicot, with anti-anxiety medication without her knowledge. While she was unconscious, she was raped at least 92 times by 72 men between 2011 and 2020. Of those, 51 individuals have been identified and charged in connection with the assaults. According to The Washington Post, Pélicot instructed the men to avoid wearing perfume or smoking to ensure his wife remained unconscious during the rapes.
Prosecutors have charged 49 men with rape, one with attempted rape, and one with sexual assault. Most of the defendants face sentences of up to 20 years in prison, according to Le Monde. Some of the accused have contested the charges, arguing they believed the acts were consensual within the couple.
Despite his admission, Pélicot claimed he did not force the men to participate.
“They came looking for me themselves. They asked me, I said yes. I didn’t put handcuffs on anyone to force them to come,” he testified.
Gisèle Pélicot only became aware of her husband’s actions in 2020 after police caught him filming up women’s skirts. Upon searching his electronic device, authorities discovered photos and videos documenting the assaults on his wife.
During her testimony, Gisèle Pélicot described the horror of realizing what had been done to her.
“When you see this woman, drugged, mistreated, dead on a bed — of course the body is not cold, it is warm, but I am like dead,” she told judges in court earlier this month. “These men are defiling me, taking advantage of me.”

JACK POSOBIEC and MIKE DAVIS: ‘President Trump either goes back to the White House after November 5 or he goes to Rikers Island’
Jack Posobiec hosted Mike Davis, Founder of Article III Project, on Human Events Daily Tuesday to discuss the outlook for President Donald Trump if he does not win the 2024 election in November.
“So it’s pretty stark,” Davis stated. “President Trump either goes back to the White House after November 5, or he goes to Rikers Island. And that sounds like a doomsday scenario, but it’s on track for that to happen.”
He went on to explain how “corrupt” Democrat Manhattan Judge Juan Merchan who presided over Trump’s Stormy Daniels trial set his sentencing date for November 26. Merchan has openly donated to the Democrat party and his daughter had been raising millions of dollars off of the trial. Lauren Merchan also is a contractor for the Harris campaign, Davis reported.
Davis, a lawyer himself, then talked about Trump’s other charges brought by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg “for the non-crime of a businessman settling a nuisance claim and putting it in his private books as a legal expense,” he said, adding “I guess I’ve been committing felonies with my clients for almost 20 years by settling these claims and and booking it as a legal expense in your books.”
This incident was “somehow” transformed into “34 felony counts against Trump, and they didn’t tell Trump what the legal allegations were during this trial. We still don’t know the legal allegations, even after the trial is over.”
“This is the biggest injustice I think you can imagine if you’re writing a law school exam. This New York case would be a law school exam, it’s it’s so comical. But the problem is, it’s not funny, it’s reality, and the issue is, if Trump does not win the White House, Merchan will send Trump to Rikers Island,” Davis stated.

Brazilian mayoral candidate hospitalized after being attacked with chair by opposing candidate during televised debate
A conservative Sao Paulo mayoral candidate was hospitalized on Sunday evening after one of his five opponents attacked him with a metal chair during a live television debate.
Pablo Marcal, a 37-year-old personal development influencer who rails against the “woke” agenda, suffered a fracture at the bottom of his rib cage. After experiencing major breathing difficulties, he was immediately transported to the hospital in an ambulance and given respiratory care.
Marcal was released from the hospital on Monday morning. The opponent who attacked him was Jose Luiz Datena, a former TV presenter who has been inundated with sex abuse allegations, as reported by the Associated Press.
The incident occurred when Marcal confronted Datena about the allegations on the debate stage. Datena had reportedly threatened Marcal with physical violence beforehand, saying that he wanted “to slap” his rival for discussing the sexual abuse allegations against him.
Marcal told Datena, “You’re not even man enough to do this.”
Datena, who has denied the allegations, took that comment as a challenge and approached Marcal’s podium. He raised a metal chair above Marcal’s head and then slammed it into the opponent’s side. The TV Cultura debate abruptly switched to commercials but returned later Sunday night without Marcal on the stage.
In a statement obtained by the AP, the Syrian-Lebanese hospital said Monday that Marcal suffered “trauma to the right chest region and right wrist, without major associated complications.”
In a video posted on social media, a physician can be seen conversing with Marcal in the hospital room, informing the candidate that he has “a little line of a fracture.” Marcal characterized the incident on social media as an “attempted homicide” and compared it to the assassination attempt against Donald Trump earlier this year, as well as the attack on former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro in the lead-up to the 2018 presidential election.
Marcal has leveraged his fiery rhetoric and internet influence to establish a burgeoning political movement. In recent months, he has significantly increased his polling numbers and is currently in a tie with the incumbent, Ricardo Nunes, and the leftist lawmaker, Guilherme Boulos. The mayoral election in Brazil’s largest city has garnered even more attention as a result.

JOHN MAC GHLIONN: Meet the murderous thugs crossing the border and terrorizing Americans
U.S. federal authorities recently opened more than 100 investigations into crimes allegedly committed by members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. This transnational criminal organization, whose name translates to “The Aragua Train,” traces its origins to a railway workers’ union in the Aragua region.
Members of the Tren de Aragua gang have entered the U.S. in huge numbers, often under the guise of asylum seekers crossing the southern border. Once inside, they have integrated into major urban centers, where they are involved in illicit activities such as money laundering, theft, human trafficking, and even intentionally targeting police officers with gunfire. Gang members sport distinctive tattoos, including images of an AK-47 and a skull adorned with a gas mask. The gang’s history of violence and brutal crimes has raised alarm among U.S. lawmakers. And for good reason. These people are absolute animals.
The rise of Tren de Aragua, a gang that began as a ragtag group of inmates, is nothing short of remarkable. Now a powerful criminal empire stretching across continents, it serves as a stark reminder of the unchecked spread of organized crime in Latin America. Born in the brutal confines of Venezuela’s Tocorón prison, Tren de Aragua has far outgrown its origins, extending its reach into extortion, kidnapping, drug trafficking, and human smuggling both within Venezuela and across its borders. Their ruthless methods and rapid expansion have left communities in terror, governments destabilized, and bodies in their wake. Today, Tren de Aragua stands as one of the most dangerous criminal forces in Latin America—and increasingly, in the United States.
To be absolutely clear, Tren de Aragua is a highly organized criminal enterprise. Though it formally adopted its name a decade ago, it had been involved in sinister activities long before. This is Venezuela’s first criminal group to expand its operations across continents, with networks stretching from Peru to Panama, Costa Rica to Chile.
In Colombia, the gang collaborates with the National Liberation Army, a rival guerrilla group, to run sex trafficking rings in the border town of Villa del Rosario in the Norte de Santander region. They exploit vulnerable Venezuelan migrants and displaced Colombians, trapping them in debt bondage and other forms of exploitation. In Chile, amid the Tarapacá migrant crisis, Tren de Aragua has been implicated in trafficking women from the Bolivian border to Santiago.
And now they’ve reached the United States—the land of the free… at least for criminals.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection, along with the FBI, have confirmed that Tren de Aragua is now firmly rooted on American soil. Like many illegal entrants, its members have followed migration routes through South America and into the U.S. In New York, 19-year-old Venezuelan Bernardo Raul Castro-Mata recently shot two police officers. Having entered the country illegally last July, Castro-Mata bears tattoos linked to Tren de Aragua, including five-pointed crowns, stars, and teardrops. And thugs like Castro-Mata aren’t just terrorizing New York City. No, their presence can be found all across the country, from Denver to Dallas. Last month, a video surfaced showing gang members in Aurora, Colorado, storming an apartment complex with assault rifles, pounding on doors. In North Texas, rumors of the gang’s presence had swirled for over a year, but law enforcement has now officially confirmed that Tren de Aragua is active in the area. What was once speculation is now an undeniable reality. ‘We have had gang activity in the north Dallas area linked to the Tren De Aragua gang from Venezuela,’ Jennifer Pryor, a spokesperson for the Dallas Police Department, recently told DailyMail.com. The gang’s most heinous crimes include the kidnapping and murder of a former police officer in South Florida in November of last year.
To compound matters, Tren de Aragua has already replicated its South American trafficking operations in the U.S. Venezuelan immigrants in Florida and other states report seeing the same types of criminal activities they fled from in Venezuela. In other words, the atrocities occurring just beyond the border may soon take root on American soil. In truth, considering police officers are being gunned down in the streets, it’s clear they already have.
Of course, this is a problem—dare I say, a grave threat—that must be viewed through a much broader lens. With Tren de Aragua infiltrating American cities, the urgency to secure our borders and protect our communities has never been more critical. As the U.S. heads into what may be the most pivotal election in its history, the safety of every American is at stake. The gang’s continued spread is a painful reminder that national security isn’t just a political talking point—it’s a core responsibility of government, a fundamental right owed to every law-abiding, tax-paying citizen.
Moreover, with gang-related violence now a reality, voters must seriously consider which party has the resolve and capability to confront and dismantle transnational criminal threats. The choice is clear: you can back those who prioritize strong border enforcement and the protection of American lives, or you can support those who dismiss these existential dangers with a nonchalant shrug. Only one party is equipped to address this growing crisis—and it’s not the one currently in power.

Three Americans, including one vet, detained in Venezuela over alleged coup attempt against President Maduro—Biden-Harris admin denies they were working for US
Venezuela arrested 6 people, including 3 United States citizens, one of whom is a Navy veteran, on Saturday over their alleged participation in a coup supposedly orchestrated by the CIA. The US State Department has rejected the claim that the US has any links to an assassination attempt targeted at President Nicolas Maduro and several members of his government, per Reuters.
Venezuelan Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello announced the arrests of the 3 US citizens as well as 2 Spaniards and a Czech national on state TV Saturday. He said: “These groups seek to seize the country’s wealth, and we as a government will respond firmly to any destabilization attempt.” He added that 400 rifles from the US had additionally been seized.
A spokesperson for the US State Department said “Any claims of U.S. involvement in a plot to overthrow Maduro are categorically false. The United States continues to support a democratic solution to the political crisis in Venezuela … We are seeking additional information. We are closely monitoring the situation.” The official declined to provide further details over privacy concerns.
Spain had denied claims that 2 Spaniards in Venezuela were associated with Spain’s secret service and were planning to assassinate a Venezuelan mayor. An anonymous Spanish foreign ministry source told Reuters it was asking Venezuela for more information. “The Spanish embassy has sent a verbal note to the Venezuelan government asking for access to the detained citizens in order to verify their identities and their nationality and in order to know what they are accused of exactly,” they said. “Spain will decide what to do, if it is going to keep meddling in Venezuela’s affairs.”
Cabello said of Spain’s intelligence agency: “These citizens have links – we know they will say no, that it is a lie – they have links with the center.”

JACK POSOBIEC: ‘They’re trying to kill President Trump and they’re not going to stop’
After Donald Trump was targeted by an alleged would-be assassin for the second time in just over two months on Sunday, Jack Posobiec theorized that the deep state would not stop trying to kill the GOP presidential nominee during Monday’s episode of Human Events Daily.
Posobiec explained that the largest question yet to be answered surrounding the suspect, Ryan Routh, is about his direct ties with Ukrainian operations. Routh wrote books about Ukraine and was “directly tied with foreign fighter groups” going to the war-torn country as well as financial aid going to the Azov battalion.
Routh had been previously profiled by major mainstream media outlets including the New York Times over his ongoing attempts to bring foreign fighters from Kabul to Kyiv.
“There’s no question in my mind that he has overlapped with the national security agencies, and I can exclusively report from my sources that he did receive battlefield training in Ukraine,” Posobiec said, adding that the backpacks the potential shooter had with him contained ceramic tiles which could be used as “makeshift body armor.”
Routh had set these backpacks up against a fence to form a sniper’s nest hidden in the bushes surrounding Trump’s golf course in West Palm Beach where he reportedly hid for almost 12 hours before being spotted by secret security who shot at him. He fled and was later apprehended.
“Is it possible that these tactics were learned on the battlefield in Ukraine or from Ukrainian forces?” Posobiec pondered. “Was this a blowback? And the other question, by the way, how did he get a rifle if this guy was a former felon who wasn’t supposed to have a firearm with the serial number shaved off? Folks, you better get your head in the game. They are trying to kill President Trump, and they’re not going to stop.”

DAVID KRAYDEN: Kamala Harris’ debate performance was painfully dishonest
What was your takeaway from the Sept. 10 debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris?
Was it Donald Trump’s bleak and frightfully accurate conclusion that the Biden-Harris administration employed “the worst president, the worst vice president in the history of our country” and “everyone knows” Harris is Marxist?
Was it the outrage that ABC News, which only commands a fraction of the audience it once wielded, had been entrusted with the only confrontation between these two candidates?
Was it the disgust with which the moderators, especially David Muir, played favorites in this debate and constantly “fact checked” Trump but not Harris?
Or was it the chronic pain of having to watch Harris constantly giggle, grimace, smile and vigorously shake her head after virtually every Trump comment and look like a teenager on her first date?
Harris performed better than many expected. After all, she is noted for being a public speaker who treats her audience like children while relating obvious facts like Russia is a larger country than Ukraine or delivering meandering aphorisms that aren’t worth the air they momentarily inhabit. At least she didn’t affect one of her phony accents – French or Southern – but just decided to be the consummate phony instead.
But ultimately, Harris was a woman stuffed from head to toe with Democratic talking points. It was as if she had memorized her lines and wanted to deliver them before her memory failed her and the entire script would emerge mangled and jumbled. “If I can just get all this B.S. out in time,” she seemed to be thinking.
And there were times when she did appear to be listening to something. Did she have a microphone in an earpiece? I’m not at all convinced that she was subject to any kind of inspection before mounting that stage and we all know that the Democrats play dirty to win because they honestly believe that they are the only defenders of democracy in America, democracy meaning the rule by elites who know what is best for the masses.
How else can you keep suggesting that you represent the future, that it’s time to “turn the page” and not think you’re the page that needs to be turned. Harris attempted to say that she was part of the Biden-Harris administration but only that part that she imagined to be good. Trump represented the past and she, well, to take a page out of the John F. Kennedy lexicon, she represented “a new generation of leadership.” That was enough to bring on waves of nausea in my gut. The only time she really appeared to be emotionally involved in the debate was during the segment on abortion, where she talked about America in 1924, not 2024, where abortion was not even spoken about in a presidential debate.
But how, in good conscience, can you claim to represent anything but calamity, chaos and disrepute when you had the tie-breaking vote to pass something called the Inflation Reduction Act, that perversely misnomered piece of legislation that actually fueled inflation and paid for countless Democratic projects across the land. How can you even show up for a debate when your administration is responsible for allowing tens of millions of illegal immigrants to cross the southern border into the US and then flying them to their destination of choice? How dare you run for office when your administration has admitted to “losing” 300,000 children, losing being a polite way of saying they’ve been sexually trafficked? By the way, that is a freaking scandal that is even more repugnant than welcoming 25 million illegals at your border. It is a national sin of such consequence that it invites the judgment of God. But there was not a single question about it from these Democratic pawn debate moderators.
Trump talked about the immigration mess, noting how America has “millions of people pouring into our country from prisons and jails, from mental institutions and insane asylums, and they’re coming in, and they’re taking jobs that are occupied right now by African Americans and Hispanics and also unions. Unions are going to be affected very soon. And you see what’s happening. You see what’s happening with towns throughout the United States. You look at Springfield, Ohio. You look at Aurora in Colorado, they are taking over the towns. They’re taking over buildings. They’re going in violently. These are the people that she and Biden let into our country, and they’re destroying our country. They’re dangerous. They’re at the highest level of criminality. And we have to get them out.”
And there was Harris all the time, looking outraged that Trump would be demanding action on this. When he reminded viewers how Harris had actually participated in raising bail money for the rioters in Minnesota, Harris grimaced and vigorously shook her head. She did the same when Trump reminded viewers that Harris was also a vocal advocate of defunding the police. Harris even suggested it was Trump who wanted fewer police officers on the street.
And although Harris pretended to, she doesn’t want to go door to door and confiscate your assault rifles – “We’re not taking anybody’s guns away” – she sure as hell did in 2020, when she was debating Biden during her feeble and febrile run for presidency, Harris wanted to use an executive order to do so. And it was none other than David Muir who was moderating that debate and was pushing the point with Biden and Harris.
“When he says he can do it by executive order. Does the Vice President have a point?” Muir asked as Biden interjected, “There some things you can, many things you can’t.” Muir waves him down and said, “Let’s let the senator answer.” Harris responds, “I mean, I would just say, Hey Joe, instead of saying that we can’t, let’s say yes, we can,” says, cackling loudly. “Yes, we can.”
Harris must have repeated the phrase “turn the page” about 10 times during the debate, most likely because she was told to do so by her handlers. The objective, of course, was to suggest she had nothing to do with the disaster of the last four years, but was merely waiting in the wings to herald a new age of government that will fulfill your every need.
Trump finally addressed that glaring discrepancy in logic in his closing remarks when he stated. “She just started by saying she’s going to do this, she’s going to do that. She’s going to do all these wonderful things. Why hasn’t she done it? She’s been there for three-and-a-half years. They’ve had three-and-a-half years to fix the border. They’ve had three-and-a-half years to create jobs and all the things we talked about. Why hasn’t she done it?” Trump asked.
He suggested that she should “leave right now. Go down to that beautiful White House, go to the Capitol, get everyone together and do the things you want to do, but you haven’t done it and you won’t do it because you believe in things that the American people don’t believe in … We can’t sacrifice our country for the sake of bad vision. But I just ask one simple question, why didn’t she do it? We’re a failing nation. We’re a nation that’s in serious decline. We’re being laughed at all over the world.”
That was a tough admission for a proud American like Trump to make but he saved the best for last. The mainstream media, as represented by these two tendentious moderators, are not only rabidly supporting a war between the US and Russia, they are blithely ignoring the obvious fact that any such war would be nuclear conflict that would leave the world as lifeless and unlivable as it would have in 1954, 1962 or 1984 – at the height of the Cold War. Trump identified the elephant in the room that the mainstream media has been hiding behind the shower curtain.
“We have wars going on in the Middle East. We have wars going on with Russia and Ukraine. We’re going to end up in a third world war, and it will be a war like no other. Because of nuclear weapons, the power of weaponry.”
This debate could prove to be as seminal as that in 1960 between Sen. John F. Kennedy and Vice President Richard Nixon or the 1980 confrontation between President JImmy Carter and former Gov. Ronald Reagan. God help us if Kamala Harris is rewarded for successfully regurgitating her lines when those lines all add up to a massive pack of lies.
